Short on time and want to get the MOST for your time? Try this 3 day program - each workout will be completed 1x/week for a total of 3 days of commitment. 1 day is strength training, the other is cardio conditioning, and the third day is core and mobility training. Make a schedule and hold yourself accountable! This program can be completed in 6-8 weeks, or until you're ready to mix it up!
