Sometimes where we “feel” pain is not actually where the pain is coming from. Lower back pain is one example - sometimes those that suffer with lower back pain lack hip mobility. This workout takes you through a series of stretches that focus on anterior/posterior pelvic movements, as well as hip external and internal rotation. Not every movement is best for every BODY. Ease into the movements, and use a bench or yoga blocks if available.
