Ease into each position and continue to breathe throughout each stretch. This workout focuses on full body with an emphasis on hip and thoracic spine mobility. Great routine to get your day started or even to end your day! Can also be used at the end of a strength or cardio workout. Increase your flexibility and mobility one day at a time.
