Want to add some variety to your workouts? This full body circuit style training is designed to fire 🔥 up muscles that may have been sleeping. Utilizing 1 dumbbell, a pair of “gliders,” a long resistance band/tubing, and a step (or body weight if not available). Each circuit consists of 4 exercises. You can set up stations around your house or grab equipment as you need it! Don’t have gliders? You can use household items! Here’s the instructions: HARD FLOOR SURFACE (tile, laminate, hardwood floors…) *Grab 2 washcloths, dish towels, or even socks! CARPET OR RUG SURFACE: *use 2 paper plates, a cut out piece of cardboard, or anything that “glides” on your flooring.
