I am always looking for more ways to keep people moving! That is why I decided to start a fitness on demand option. There are a lot of fitness videos out there, and I hope to reach those who care about moving with proper form and technique while reaching their individual goals. About me....My love for fitness began at an early age. I was active in gymnastics, ballet, and tap-dancing as a young child. I earned my black belt in Karate at the age of 9, and played competitive softball as a pitcher for several years. Over an decade ago I decided I wanted to help others with their fitness goals, so I earned my Group Fitness Certification through ACE. A couple years later I earned my Personal Trainer Certification through NASM so I could coach one on one. I learned quickly there was more to good health than exercise, so I pursued my certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Orthopedic Specialist through ACE to further my knowledge. I’ve acquired several certifications over the years focusing on various areas of fitness including strength training, water aerobics, Yoga, core training, step aerobics, youth fitness, women’s fitness and more. My goal is to help you adhere to a realistic, healthy lifestyle. I’m thankful the Lord has allowed me to follow this path, and I hope to continue coaching others for many years to come!

In this 25 minute routine you will be guided through a series of strength and mobility moves that are low impact but will keep you moving! The video takes you through each exercise performed for 1 set. Participants may repeat these steps exercises for up to 3 sets if desired. A dumbbell and optional mini bands are used for this full body experience!
