FUNctional full body training using dumbbells and body weight! This routine is low impact and can be done “as is” for a full body 50 minute workout complete with warm up and cool down. OR if you’re short on time, complete the 10 exercise circuit 1-4x! This format is so versatile it keeps the workout fresh and fun! Grab a dice and roll to see how long the exercises are! Per the video, here is how I used the dice to determine exercise duration:
If you roll a:
1 = 10 seconds, 4 sets
2 = 20 seconds, 4 sets
3 = 30 seconds, 3 sets
4 = 40 seconds, 3 sets
5 = 50 seconds, 2 sets
6 = 60 seconds, 2 sets
