Press pause and join back in when you’re ready! A pair of dumbbells is needed for the workout. (You can also go through this with body weight!). A step, chair, or sturdy piece of furniture can be used as a prop! Great workout for anyone who is focusing on strength gains and overall muscular endurance. 🔥
