Are you new to exercise and not sure where to start? Need guidance in what exercises are appropriate for the aging body? Just cleared from rehab from an injury and looking to get back into the fitness world? This workout is for ANY BODY*. Breakdown of each strength exercise and proper form execution is demonstrated. Rep ranges are given and set recommendations. Follow along or jot down each exercise and complete at your own pace. Exercises can be performed with dumbbells or body weight. Long resistance band recommended for back work. Need alternatives? Schedule a Personal Training session! Workout is complete with warm up and cool down, plus muscle appropriate stretches between exercises.
