Complete an active recovery interval by performing a core exercise to bring some heat 🔥 to your abs! 3 sets to increase volume and work towards strength gains. Finish the workout with 2 lower body PULL and 2 upper body PULL exercises followed by a core move. 45 minute total body workout, all from the comfort of your own home.
