Welcome to “Just Move Fitness On Demand!” This video will instruct you on HOW to program your workouts to help you reach your goals.
*Option1:
1: decide how many videos you can REALISTICALLY get in each week
2: Decide WHICH videos you will choose AND STICK TO THEM FOR 4-6 weeks
3: slowly progress yourself each week. Example: only do 1-2 sets first week, add weights, less rest between exercises, increased intensity….week 1 to 4 or 6 should look much different!
4: after 4-6 weeks, re-evaluate, and repeat with different workouts!
*Option 2:
1: sit down and realistically decide how many workouts you can commit to THIS WEEK (could change week to week). Pick your workouts. Do them for a week.
2: week 2, pick DIFFERENT workouts, but make sure you track what workouts you did/do, and TAKE NOTES.
3: weeks 1-6 pick DIFFERENT workouts. After 4-6 weeks, REPEAT those workouts, maybe changing a variable. (More weight, less rest, push up on toes…the list is endless)
*Option 3:
Supplement these workouts with what you’re already doing…and follow one of the above formulas.
