Women over 65 who have been cleared to exercise - this program is for you! As we age me must maintain our bone density, muscle mass, and joint mobility. Try this program for 6-8 weeks and your body will thank you!
*please note, this is for the general population and for women who are cleared and overall healthy with no debilitating injuries. Women who are already active and have maintained an exercise regimen can add an additional workout and start with 2-3 sets of the strength workout.
