Even though you are extremely excited for the finished product, can you agree you want the builder to take their time building a strong foundation to support the entire home structure? The same can be said about our bodies. While doing the fancy abdominal exercises is a wonderful goal, we must not neglect the stepping stones in front of us to help us get there safely and effectively. In this video you will learn a series of exercises with progressions of key stability and mobility exercises targeting your core. Your core is the main area of your body that supports all other structures. Dealing with back pain? Shoulder pain? Neck pain? What if I told you it could be stemming from lack of core Stability and/or mobility? You can use this video as a stand alone workout, or pick and choose a couple exercises to plug into other workouts. Building and maintaining a strong core is crucial for overall body mechanics and everyday life. Don’t rush getting that roof on your house until the foundation is solid!
