Have you suffered from a shoulder injury? Back pain? Neck pain? Foam rolling is used as a technique to get deeper into the system (fascial system) to release stubborn knots, promote blood flow, and increase range of motion. Sometimes, shoulder pain/injury is prevalent due to a tight scapula and limited range of motion. These exercises are meant to release tension and increase range of motion to help with proper upper body movement patterns. *PLEASE NOTE* not all exercises will be appropriate for all individuals. If you’d like to schedule a private session to address a more specific area of concern, please go to my Calendly page to make an appointment. I’d be happy to assist!
