Utilizing gliders is a fantastic and easy way to mix up your workouts! Gliders help target deep muscles that might be sleepy! Don’t own a pair of gliders? No worries! Household items work PERFECTLY. If you have hard floors (tile, laminate, hardwood, etc) use a pair of wash clothes, socks, small piece of fabric - anything that “glides” on the floor smoothly. If you have carpet or a rug - use a pair of paper plates, small pieces of cardboard, or anything that “glides” smoothly on the flooring.
This full body workout is low impact but NOT low intensity. Requires core stability and a little balance - give it a try! This Pyramid format will make the workout ZOOM by! You always have the option to take out the gliders and work up to them. And remember….JUST MOVE!
