20 minute bedtime routine that can be used any time of day - long day at work? Tired, sore feet or legs? Neck stiffness? Lower back pain? This is for YOU. “Legs up the wall” pose alone helps with stress relief, knee pain reduction, tension relief in the neck, alleviates tired legs, calms your mind promoting better sleep, relieves leg cramps, helps with back tension, lengthens back of legs and so much more. Use a pillow, towel, or small blanket to support lumbar spine while on your back (no right or wrong, all about comfort). Put away all distractions and dim your lights. If you struggle with lack of sleep due to stress, changes with menopause, etc - try this routine right before bed to promote better sleep. 😴
