This workout is under 30 minutes and incorporates light mobility work and low impact strength. Maintaining proper scapular mobility is key as we age to avoid shoulder and lower back issues. If you have never exercised or are a senior looking for a way to move pain free, I encourage you to give this workout a try. The key to living pain free is to keep moving.
