Strength endurance is imperative during all seasons of life. Muscular endurance is needed to sustain our bodies during every day living tasks. It doesn’t matter if you’re a 20 year old athlete, a 30 year old parent, a 40 year old farmer, a 50 year old grandparent, a 60 year old newly retired individual….muscular endurance is the key to sustaining our bodies and being able to continue doing all the things we love and all the things that are necessary for optimal living. This workout has NO REPEATS and can be completed 1-3x. Grab a pair of light dumbbells (1-8lbs) and a pair of heavy dumbbells (10-20lbs) or improvise if the equipment isn’t available. JUST MOVE!
