In this 30 min video you will gain a deeper understanding of your natural spinal curvature, how to properly imprint your spine to activate pelvic floor and transverse abdominis, as well as learn a few hip mobility exercises to gain range of motion and lessen lower back pain. Each exercise gives a rep range. Once you’ve learned how to properly control your hips and pelvis and activate your transverse abdominis, you can write out each exercise and complete as a circuit for the recommended rep range to get a great beginner Pilates workout in.
