Each "BLAST" workout is different and formatted to target all the areas listed above (Balance drills, leg/glute work, abdominal training, stretching, and full body toning). If you’re looking for one specific element to focus on (eg. flexibility/stretching, yoga, core…) there will be videos focusing on one or two aspects to target your specific need. If you’re looking to build lower and upper body muscular endurance, better range of motion, work on breathing techniques to lower stress, and/or focus on core stability and strength - you will find workouts in this collection that are for YOU. This format is offered LIVE for a full hour on the 4th Saturday of each month! Reach out for more info or to join!
